SHARKS REPRESENTATIVE TOUCH FOOTBALL
Players who want to test their skills beyond the park level competition are encouraged to trial for our representative team pathways. There are a number of levels of representation at both the junior and senior levels. Representative teams cover all age groups from under 8’s to over 55’s. There are divisions for girls, boys, women, men and mixed.
In 2015 Taren Point Touch Association announced landmark partnership with the Cronulla Sharks (NRL). Those fortunate enough to achieve representative honours through the club now have the honour of playing in the black, white and blue colours with a rebranding of representative teams, which includes the playing colours of the Cronulla Sharks as well as a name change of our representative teams to Sharks Touch Football.
All players must participate in the Taren Point Touch park competition to qualify for our representative arm – Sharks Touch Football. We currently compete in the NSW Senior State Cup, Vawdon Cup, and NSW Junior State Cup.
