Waggas hot weather saw games suspended on Friday and a first for Junior State Cup which then saw games played under lights resuming at 6.30 pm and boy was some great touch showcased.
This year’s event was achieved thanks to our Affiliates who ensured that their members were hydrated, rested, and keeping sun safe at all times and understanding of the suspended play and hour-earlier starts on Saturday and Sunday that was implemented to ensure our event was able to be completed.
The Hills Hornets again showed their sting nudging out Cronulla Sharks to claim Club Champions on finals day.
